The gift cards are redeemable without minimum order value, have no limited validity period and can be used as a means of payment online and at our on-site factory outlet. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions and must be redeemed in full. Gift cards can only be used 1x.

We will send you the voucher by mail - this usually takes 1-3 business days. If you specify a different delivery address, for example, for the gift recipient, we can also send the gift card directly there. The voucher is still sent with a delivery bill, like all other FELIX products.
